Orthostatic headaches affect some patients of postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS). Recently, there have been reported that non-orthostatic headache fitting the criteria of migraine or probable migraine were also found in patients with POTS. Here, we report a 43 year-old woman, who have been suffered from migraine, presenting with orthostatic headache without evidence of CSF leak, being finally diagnosed with POTS. Volume expansion and beta-blockers could completely eliminate orthostatic headache.
